Innovation Lab

The Innovation Lab is the physical expression of Atwell's STEM Philosophy. It is a place where students can follow the 6Ds from start to finish in completion of a PBL.

The Innovation Lab features:

• wheeled furniture to make the space flexible

• tables with whiteboard surfaces for planning

• three 3D printers

• hand tools for construction

• construction materials including LEGO, Konnex and MakeDo

• resources for Science including test tubes, thermometers, microscopes and measuring equipment

• an area and materials for food preparation and cooking

• a sewing machine
